We also offer freight shipping on orders over 300 lbs. Our cart will automatically notify you with a message on your computer screen if your order qualifies for freight. We will also send you a freight inquiry if your order is over 500 lbs. You must read this page for freight shipping instructions. Freight quotes will be given if these instructions are followed.
Shipping carrier - All orders ship via common carrier, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and in special cases where they qualify, via Freight.
Food Buckets - We box up all buckets to avoid the UPS non-standard special handling fee. Empty buckets can be shipped 8 per "stack" (we tape them together).
Boxing Bulk Items - Bag items are boxed up for UPS and FedEx shipments.
Handling Charge - There is no handling charge.
Shipping Address - It is important that you provide us with an accurate and valid shipping address. Shipping is generally by UPS or FedEx, unless you have qualified and ordered via freight (see freight shipping section above). We cannot ship to PO Boxes!

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands - Generally we do not accept orders from these location. Shipping to these destinations is very expensive and we've seen a dramatic drop in customers completing their orders in these locations. We can, however, ship to an export company within the lower 48 where you can arrange to have your order shipped to you by barge carrier. You can also email us about shipping your order to Alaska or Hawaii.
International Orders - We do not ship to countries or residences outside of the continental United States (including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands). We can, however, ship to an export company within the continental US where you can arrange with the export company to have your order shipped to you. Customers are responsible for compliance with any and all export restrictions / requirements.
Canada - We will only ship to a US border town address; see our FAQ page for detailed reasons. You are responsible for any compliance with Canadian law, GST, or anything else asked by the Canadian government.
For Canada, we will need the following information:
- US Shipping Address
- Item Number
- Email us all of the above for a shipping quote.
- The simple way for Canadians to do this is to just use the shopping cart, but you will need the US zip code of where the order is going to ship. Add your items into the cart and cut and paste the shopping cart details into an email.

Privacy - Your privacy is important to us. Your information is not shared with anyone other than the cannery that fills your order. We do not even give them your email address, just your shipping information and nothing else. A) Shopping Cart Ordering - This is our preferred method of ordering.

B) Email - We respond to all email questions promptly. Please be sure to include the item number and quantity for each item you would like a quote on. Also include your city, state and zip code so we can calculate any shipping charges associated with your order. Send your product list to our email - we will reply quickly.
C) All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Usually, there is no delay of any sort on your order, we usually process all orders the same day. If we receive an uncleared payment or declined credit card or have a question about your order, you will be notified via email or telephone (include your phone number!).
You are required to read and understand this information when placing your order. We want you to be fully informed and comfortable with our policies.
