The Presidential Address

I just listened to the liar in chief, George W. Bush, spew a mouthful of lies to the entire nation in his presidential address.

What unadulterated bullshit.  Nothing he said was accurate.  Telling us that these ‘low priced’ investments will pay us all back — what crap.

Despite my zero faith in Congress, I wish somebody would arrest this mealy mouth scum and drag him off the stage.

I am surprised his handlers let him speak.  Either they are running scared (I sure hope so) or they have some other disaster up their sleeves (probably) for us all.

It can’t end soon enough for me, 700 billion here, then maybe 50 billion there, and 2 mths from now 125 billion needed over there to them and then next March the retail giants will need 75 billion to keep stores open and just like all through the past ages, the printing press will be used to solve the problem until all of whats printed becomes just pieces of worthless.paper

I refuse to listen to that lying motherbushing treasonous scum bag – always have. There is no possible ‘justice’ (torture) comparable to that he has caused/allowed to happen to the US and around the world. The veritable American Antichrist 1.0. Can’t bare to gauze upon at his black hole countenance either -always see horns, too – but that’s just me.

Should have impeached the asshole two years ago. Now we get to give him a lifetime stipend as he retires to his 6,000 acre ranch in Paraguay.

Still there is a possibility of war crimes and murder prosecutions (remote as it is).

Bush is clearly trying to save his ass. If the big economic collapse can just be delayed long enough for the rightwing to leave town, everyone will forget they were in power as the problem germinated. Democraps cannot escape blame or responsibility. But they let the rightwing lead.

What really galls me is the way the rightwing likes to preach bipartisanship and we’re all in this together while the ship is sinking. But when it’s pushing ahead, “it’s my way or the highway” or “you’re either with us or you’re with the terrorists.” As Jello Biafra stated in 2002, we’re neither with you (Bush) or with the terrorists.

Got rid of my TV a long time ago, so I missed the fuck. Oh well.

I get one television station here — and watched the Devil Himself tonight. Still can’t believe the pack of lies he spouted.

I think they’re running scared, no reason for them to address the nation unless something like this was happening.

Usually, they just do whatever the hell they want, this time, they want us to support it, like it really matters (not!).

Something up — and it’s not the stock market.

Oh wait, it just came to me. This ‘crisis of confidence’ is basically something we control (our money), and not something that they actually control.

That is, they want the gullible to continue to play in the markets while they gut the bottom out (there’s still money to be made). They can’t “make” you do that — you have to want to, because you believe that you’re going to make money and that it is still safe to do so.

That’s why they’re getting that talking fool up on the television tonight — to convince people to keep playing this Ponzi scheme right up to the end.  And to do the shell game of course. Otherwise, if they didn’t need us to get involved, they’d do what they wanted anyway.

What a great way to take the rest of our money!

Clearly then, in my mind, they are seeking to ensnare everyone else still involved in the markets. This is to keep the Ponzi scheme going for as long as possible.

I guess this means they aren’t quite ready for the collapse yet themselves. There’s trillions more dollars to be made yet.

Weimerica seems just around the corner now.
At this rate it will soon take a wheelbarrow full of worthless “bonars” to buy a cheeseburger, and wiping one’s bum with George Washington’s face will be cheaper than buying toilet paper with them.

I imagine they want ‘the sucker bus full before it goes off the cliff.’

However… look at the videos of Paulsen. He is scared to the point that he is actually vibrating and having trouble breathing at times. This is the hardcore sales-creature who lied with gleeful abandon for a living at goldman. He normally gets a rush from the high stakes games.. and you could see his eyes glint before whenever they used the word ‘bold’ as if it was a hilarious private joke, but that was all his poker face would allow him.
…but the situation now facing him is causing this seasoned sociopath to publicly lose it.

What do you think scares a con man like that?

I am guessing it must have all gone horribly wrong for the darth cheney team. Will we look back fondly on the days of conceited smirking? Or might this actually be a glimmer of light for us if what is scaring them is knowing they have lost power and what this means: having to reap what they sowed and how very unpleasant that will be for them, when they assumed the burden would fall on us?

“Can’t end soon enough”,so true. maybe next week? US fiscal year ends Sept 30th, should be interesting with the fed pulling 125B liquidity out of the system in the last 4 days.(see denninger vid)

It is just about beyond imagination that they would put Bush out front. Makes me wonder if they are sabotaging on purpose. He has no credibility, less than none.

Perhaps the point of the “bold initiative” is to be rebuffed, so the rebuff can be pointed to as the democrats failing to take the last best chance to save the mess. Of course, this deal was done a long time ago.

If they imagined putting the chimp out front would advance the cause, I am astonished. I give them more credit than that.

Well, China is pulling the plug anyway. This game can be called on account of torrential rain, from everywhere. Can’t plug the dike when it has been turned into a bowl.

    Cretins all. It’s finally over.
