Climate Change – Not Human Caused?

There are a number of reports and published studies (and a lot of “claims”) regarding the “nonsense” of human-caused climate change. This is yet another one.

Many scientists from around the world have dubbed 2007 as the year man-made global warming fears “bite the dust.”

400 Prominent Scientists Disputed Man-Made Global Warming Claims in 2007

“Biting the dust” – hardly. Climate change is making itself known all over the world. The so-called “debate” (which is really isn’t) regarding it’s cause is just marketing hype by – guess who? I’ll let you figure that one out.

The above article is woefully weak on real facts, instead relying upon the credentials of the scientist in dispute (generally a sure sign of bullshit coming our way).

I’m putting this here on the blog for a reason. Whether or not climate change is human-caused is immaterial and always will be. I have never believed that “consensus” was necessary anyway. That’s like trying to heard cats, can’t be done.

Some scientists have a vested interest in saying what they’re employers pay them to say (on both sides of the fence to be fair). But the ones who will really benefit, are the corporate masters who intend to keep on producing greenhouses gases and raping the Earth as fast as they can. This is where the real profit is, always “follow the money”.

First, temperature changes, as well as rates of temperature changes (both increase and decrease) of magnitudes similar to that reported by IPCC to have occurred since the Industrial revolution (about 0.8°C in 150 years or even 0.4°C in the last 35 years) have occurred in Earth’s climatic history. There’s nothing special about the recent rise. Dr. Nathan Paldor

Hoping your too stupid to notice, this brainiac is trying to pass off temperature rise “since the Industrial revolution” as being totally normal, as if this has happened throughout human history.

Even if the concentration of “greenhouse gases” double man would not perceive the temperature impact,” Dr. Oleg Sorochtin

This is a complete lie, and it angers me to hear an alleged “scientist” to make such a claim. I don’t have time to find out who’s making this guys mortgage payments, but I can assure you, it’s there somewhere.

There’s no need to be worried. It’s very interesting to study [climate change], but there’s no need to be worried, Professor Anton Uriarte

Anybody got a 2×4 handy? Or how about some satellite pictures? Or even a bloody Instamatic camera? The Arctic ice melt is astounding and if this really means we have nothing to worry about, well golly gee, let’s just rape the Arctic now so we can continue this party!

There is a saying, “the blind leadeth the blind and both fall by the wayside”. If this professor of stupidity cannot admit what is viewable with his own eyes and it’s significance, why is he even being given any credibility whatsoever? It is because he is serving the needs of big business.

And of course, this is a U.S. Senate report! Ah, so now we have our answer. This means this is important, valid information that we should stake the fate of humanity upon. Yeah, right. When did any politician ever have a clue about anything?

The rest of this report is full of the same bullshit rhetoric and without basis. Most of the links provided are internal and self-justifying. I have personally long read the debate rhetoric, because it is important to hear both sides of the story. But I have yet to find sufficient proof that humans are not part of the problem with climate change.

The type of lies these dangerous fools are spreading is scary indeed:

At the current rate of increase of about 0.55% per year, CO2 will double around 2070. New Peer-Reviewed Scientific Studies Chill Global Warming Fears

Yet this “peer review claim” is totally bogus and made to make you believe that there is no crisis whatsoever, and that there is plenty of time to deal with this with a techno-fix. But this is a total lie:

The rate of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions is accelerating all over the world, according to a paper in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. In fact, CO2 emissions are growing faster than the most extreme forecasts by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). CO₂ Rising Ever Faster

We have been warned that we will hit the CO₂ limits of 480 ppm very soon, far sooner then we can possibly hope to accommodate. This is a arbitrary limit that would be the “point of no return”, but I strongly suspect we are already past that point of “no return”, especially when you consider the U.S. Government is making a special “point” of its stupidity and trying to keep up the myth that humans are not contributing to climate change.

The facts remains regarding human activity on planet Earth:

1) Climate change is occurring throughout the world;

2) Greenhouse gases are significant contributors;

3) Human activity is creating greenhouse gas;

4) Climate change tracks the rise of human industrial activity like a road map;

5) The atmosphere is the most fragile system on the planet, more so then anything else;

6) Climate change is already having devastating effects, which are anticipated through computer modeling to worsen, dramatically, globally.

Does it really matter what is causing climate change? I’ve long wondered about this question, because climate change is certainly real, nobody is disputing that. What they are disputing is whether humans have anything to do with it.

Taking this single issue by itself is what these naysayers are hoping you and I and everyone else will do. Ah, no big deal, so what if the planet is heating up a little? But take this together will all the other human activity on planet Earth and there is a very ominous developments now taking place.

The reality is – climate change is the global “kill shot” that could wipe out most forms of life on Earth. But lest you get too excited, here’s another naysayer:

One of the darlings of the anti-global warming crowd is Laurence Hecht. Hecht has written a number of specious papers on non-human caused global warming. Hecht claims that the world is now entering an ice age.

I think someone should take Hecht up to the Far North to examine first hand the opening of the Northwest Passage and all of his fans, to prove conclusively that such claims are spurious, but no matter. The written record will prove my case.

Hecht claims –

“¢ Since 1980, there has been an advance of more than 55% of the 625 mountain glaciers under observation by the World Glacier Monitoring group in Zurich. (From 1926 to 1960, some 70-95% of these glaciers were in retreat.) Is A New Ice Age Underway?

It took a little digging, but the World Glacier Monitoring Group isn’t saying that anymore (or maybe never did) –

Mountain Glaciers Melting Faster

Hecht is keen on glacial measurements as you will note in the article above. Yet glacial measurements are indicating exactly the opposite of what Hecht claims. All over the world.

Nisqually Glacier – Herein lies the danger – Hecht is a liar like many “scientist”, so what else has he lied about?

In the True Record of CO₂ Buried Under Gore, Hecht makes many additional claims.

He compared the Greenland ice cap to pancake batter. In its middle at higher elevations there is more snowfall than melting. As more snow is poured on, it compresses the vast sheet, which flows outward toward the warmer coasts where there is more melting. Scientist Track Greenland Meltwater

I really don’t expect facts to change anything anymore, as many here have also pointed out. We have chosen ignorance over intelligence, entertainment over information and consumption over preservation. What else can we possibly expect with this type of behavior? Exactly what this blog has portrayed – civilizations collapse.

It is unfortunate for all of humanity that we are too unlearned and too stubborn to wake up and smell the coming napalm, but it does not appear that anybody can do anything at all about it. The only thing we can do is to take care of ourselves from this point on.

    I stopped presenting facts on global warming on prepper lists a while back. Too many folks insisting that a cold month, or a cold local area, ‘disproves’ it; too many folks thinking that it’s caused by the sun; etc.

    What I just keep hammering is that whatever the cause, it’s something that needs to be prepared for. Just like preparing for bird flu, or famine, or a hurricane. That they have to prepare for ANYTHING. Sometimes it works, most often when I point out that at the very least the earth ‘appears to be leaving a rare time of relative stable weather’, and that preparing for unstable weather makes sense under any circumstances.

    The best that this approach can do, of course, is get folks somewhat prepared for the bottleneck.

    Ok ready for a dissenting opinion?

    I dont buy because it fits right into the NWO’s agenda.

    Heres why…

    1) Al Gore is pushing it, the same guy who laid down for Bush to win the election in 2004, the same guy who was VP to Clinton.

    2) the NWO will be able to levy multiple types of taxes on us, global carbon tax, house taxes, c02 car taxes, breathing taxes, more than 1 child taxes. Guess who gets all that money? The UN/NWO.

    3) why are there reports that Pluto is experiencing warming,
    Mit article here:
    http://web.mit.edu/newsoffice/2002/pluto.html
    Or that Mars is experiencing warming, ect?
    http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2007/02/070228-mars-warming.html

    4) Are dissenting scientists being quieted? Yes they are, which makes me highly suspicious because in a free society, all opinions are voiced.

    I’m not sure your opinion is dissenting. You’re making a lot of logical conjecture, i.e., one thing true does not necessarily mean another thing is true.

    The NWO ‘agenda’ as it were, also includes thing like population reduction. That doesn’t make population reduction wrong (necessarily), but we’re not talking about the means by which they might do this. Population reduction is both necessary and long overdue whether or not the NWO embraces it.

    1) Your comment about Gore is specious. Climate change doesn’t have anything to do with Gore, despite the many assertions to the contrary. Climate change and its causes are independent of Gore. Climate change is real and will go on if Gore was dead.

    2) the NWO already lays multiple taxes on us in a myriad of ways, and there is nothing stopping them from doing more. I’ve also heard it said that the environmental movement is really about the NWO “controlling the resources”. Your argument is the same kind of reasoning – they already control the resources and there is nothing to stop them. Same with taxation, already here, they’ll tax us anyway.

    Besides, what bloody difference does it make if they tax us? Taxation doesn’t have anything at all to do with what the climate is doing, but it’s a great big red herring to make people deny what is actually happening.

    3) Solar activity is a cause of planetary warming. So what? This does not mean that humans are not also contributing. Our warming is measurable and real and in fact, that’s really all that counts. Worrying about Pluto or using this as a “proof” is ridiculous really, because it’s meaningless in context to the reality we are all facing.  Another example of this kind of thinking is this statement:  Alpha Centauri has exploded (gone supernova), therefore our star the Sun, will also explode.  One thing true does not make the other true and in fact, has no bearing on the issue at all.
    4) I’ve seen a ton of articles that scientist that contradict the Bush Administration agenda have been suppressed, but even this isn’t the real issue either.

    Whether or not scientist on either side of the fence are being suppressed doesn’t change the facts. And those facts are what is important – global warming is real, it’s changing our planet and we can go on pretending otherwise or worrying about Pluto or the NWO or alien invaders and all this useless activity won’t change or help one iota.

    Finally, we do not live in a free society. Whatever gave you that idea?

    Tonight, well actually tomorrow morning at 3AM Central Standard Time, there’s a 1-hour program on UCTV, DISH channel 9412, entitled “Denial of Global Warming”.
    In the notes, it says it’s part of a series, and if it is the same one I saw last week, it is not to be missed.
    As far as I’m concerned there could be and probably is/are some minor cyclic phenomena which could cause some global warming, but it is obvious that humans are the prime cause.
    As for Pluto, Mars, etc., all heating up, that would seem logical. If indeed the earth is warming, then some of that added warmth will be leaking out of the atmosphere, (more slowly than humans want) and of course it could/would disperse throughout the solar system, but not “disappear”.

    This is a tricky subject. Clearly, when you see charts that show the spiking of C02 gases and planetary temperature change, your eyes bulge and say, “Oh, shit!” An American researcher named Lonnie Thompson is featured in the book “Thin Ice.” Thompson and his team are racing around the planet taking ice cores from the rapidly shrinking glaciers. 80% of all planetary glaciers are rapidly shrinking, and if anyone of these “scientists” who claim that warming is not a problem, ought to go to Alaska and try telling that to one of those people who live on the defrosting tundra. Thompsonâ’s work has been correlated along with other research in many other of the earth sciences to clearly show that we are living in the midst of a very unusual climactic event.

    Right now Iâ’m reading, again, “The Revenge of Gaia,” by James Lovelock. Originally I put it down because he claimed that nuclear power is perfectly safe. Over the last year, he has been interviewed and repeatedly stated that the earth is past the tipping point, and by 2100 only a few “breeding pairs of humans” will be living in a warmed arctic. Pretty hard to handle but with the way things are going, it looks like heâ’s right.

    However, there could be other man-made, or should I say monster-made, factors that seem to be ignored in the equation. Michael Chossudovsky has written extensively on H.A.A.R.P. and its weather modification ability based on the theories of Nicoli Telsa. http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=7561 H.A.A.R.P. is run by the U.S. Air Force. Look at this Air Force site and see what they say about controlling the weather http://www.fas.org/spp/military/docops/usaf/2025/v3c15/v3c15-1.htm Hereâ’s the title of the main page: “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025”

    Finally thereâ’s this article http://www.bariumblues.com/energy_display_%20series.htm on Dr. Rosalie Bertell and a presentation that she gave at the Peoplesâ’ Health Assembly in December 2000 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As she points out, the military has been working on harnessing the weather for military uses for decades. Iâ’ve also read that over the last decades that literally hundreds of government grants have been awarded to universities for weather modification research. China is doing its own research, allegedly to have perfect weather for the Olympics. How much of this kind of manipulation is responsible for murdering life on this cooling cinder is yet to be seen, but this ghoulish manipulation canâ’t be ignored. At this point, it appears to me that, yes, CO2 escalation is clearly the cause and has put us on a train racing down hill without brakes. But these psychopaths that secretly run the world with their gigantic egos that believe that they can control EVERYTHING are likely manipulating the existing nightmare to reach their evil ends. What ends? The mass extinction of those Kissinger “useless eaters” –billions of them which includes us.

    Dr. Lovelock has an article in the November issue of Rolling Stone that is really worth the read. In it he says we are in for a major culling, some 6 billion or so. Basically he describes everything I have been seeing of what is going on in this world. I reached the point recently and came to the decision that there is really only one thing left to do, and that is to prepare to not only survive, but thrive in the upcoming holocaust. Police state will only last so long, and the govt has had a lot longer time and more resources to prepare, let them have their own little kingdoms. My survival plan is to be mobile on the waters of the pacific northwest. Lots of remote islands for a land base, and strong currents for the water wheel electric generators on my trimaran. We have 2 boats almost ready to sail. We are running out of time. Bush will not wait for the next election, and I am sure he is planning a false flag so he can declare Marshall law and attack Iran. All you need are eyes to see and a open mind. I wish everybody the best of luck, as I am sure we will need it. I would appreciate any feedback on ocean going mobile survival.

    Global warming is at least partially man made. Today’s evidence – Solar output actually fell over the last 25 years, yet temperatures rose.
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6290228.stm

    Forget complex concepts like greenhouse gases.
    Go burn something.
    Now touch it.
    Ouch! It’s hot, ain’t it?
    Now repeat this process trillions of times a day, every day, for decades. Every machine, every process, and every lifeform on this planet consumes energy at less than 100% efficiency. The remainder is lost as heat.
    You’re giving off heat right now. So is the computer you are reading this post on. So is the power plant providing the electricity to operate that computer. Second law of thermodynamics.

    That heat energy remains (energy cannot be destroyed, only converted to a another less useful form – First Law of Thermo)….forever.
    Entropy at work.

    Finally, regardless of the source of global climate alteration, we are the ones who must live with the consequences. Are we to be like the dinosaurs, content to simply “let it happen” because we lack the intelligence to see it and take proactive action? Or should we not do what we can, where we can, to minimize clearly undesirable effects?

    Fern – great catch. Hard to believe people really are that stupid. Wrapped up in the flag, no less.

    I’m too busy to research this Feder guy, but blind, willful ignorance isn’t worth pursuing anyway.
