Press Freedom Index for 2011 – 2012

Freedom Of The Press 2011Press Freedom Index for 2011-2012.

Negative rankings indicate a higher score (more press freedom).  Countries are listed in top-scoring order.

U.S. readers will note that our supposed “freedom of the press” is actually headed farther down (by double digits) into the toilet, ranking at only 47.

Double arrows, up or down, means that the position has changed by ten position (or more).

Notably, there are an awful lot of down arrows on this entire charge, a strong indication that freedom of the press and democracy, are headed down pretty fast, over most of the world.

With Freedom : say what you want, see if I care…
    Non freedom : shut up!

Why should they bother? they control the food!

Democracy is just a fancy word to motivate people and get the slaves to work better.

    Illusions, illusions…

“Sleep little darling, do not cry
And I will sing a lullaby”
    (Beatles)

    The québec guy…
