ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ORDERING

1.  Shipping charges are as follows:

Freeze Dried Food ships FREE - On orders over $100. Orders less then $100 are charged $4.95 per product line.

A product line is the same thing as a cannery line - Mountain House (MH) is a product line. Alpine Aire (AA) is a product line. Richmoor (RM) is a product line and Super Spectrim (SS) and Rainy Day (RD) is a product line. You can order any amount from these canneries.

If your freeze dried order is $100 or more -- shipping is 100% free, otherwise, you're only charged $4.95 for each line you order from.

Dehydrated Food - Dehydrated food is the Rainy Day (RD) line. Our shopping cart can automatically calculate the shipping costs for these items. Simply add them into the cart and enter your zip code. There are no order minimums.

Super Spectrim - Super Spectrims products (SS in product description) all ship free on $100 minimums, or only $4.95 for orders under $100.

We no longer ship anything into Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or overseas. We can however, ship to a US border town for Canadians that are willing to drive down and pick up their orders. Email for more information on how to do this. Many Canadians find this very cost effective.

Order minimums - There are none - any size order is allowed.

2.  DISCOUNT PRICING - Our website prices should be considered our current pricing and availability, we keep this constantly updated.  For any products that do not have prices listed, email for a current price quote.

3.  PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED - US CUSTOMERS ONLY

We do NOT accept Discover or American Express, they've both ripped us off years ago, we do not suggest you use these cards either (we can't stand thieves).

Shopping cart and phone order payments are processed through VeriSign - we have NEVER had a problem with them.

We can accept money orders or personal checks to our merchant account "Jade Enterprises" (send checks to Jade Enterprises, PO Box 1471, Newport, WA 99156). Do NOT send certified mail. Shipping charges must be included if payment is made through the mail. All checks and money orders are held until bank clearance, and then we will process your order.

4.  Discount Pricing.  We have long offered the BEST prices in the United States.  We simply have the best prices around. We have checked extensively into this and know the facts. We've been doing this a long time and we have the best reputation in the business for great deals.

5.  Handling - We do not have a handling fee!

6. Privacy - Your privacy is important to us. Your information is not shared with anyone other then the cannery that fills your order. We do not even give them your email address, just your shipping information and nothing else. Your information will not be sold, traded, or used for any other purpose than in the fulfillment of your order.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Use any of the following options to place your order:

A) Shopping Cart Ordering - This is our preferred method of ordering (it frees us up from the telephone, but feel free to call).

Simply click on any Add to Cart button on any webpage to add items to your shopping cart.  The View Cart page will allow you to change quantity to any amount, or to delete an item from your cart. 

The MORE DETAILS link allows you to view any detailed product information. These would be the preparation, detailed ingredients, nutrition, calories and other information for the selected product.

Our cart will allow you to add any number of items to your shopping cart. When ready to check out, simply select the "Checkout" button. For online ordering, your payment is secure and safe with verisign credit card processingpayment processing. You now have 3 - 4 hours to "shop" before the cart will timeout and automatically delete the cart contents.

B) Email  - We respond to all email questions promptly.  Please be sure to include the item number and quantity for each item you would like a quote on.  Also include your city, state and zip code so we can calculate any shipping charges associated with your order.  Send your product list to our email  - we will reply quickly.

C) All orders are processed immediately upon receipt.  Usually, there is no delay of any sort on your order, we usually process all orders the same day.  If we receive an uncleared payment or declined credit card or question about your order, you will be notified via email or telephone (include your phone number!) and your order will be held until your funds clear.

D) Shipping - We ship as soon as we can. Due to high order volume shipping times can change dramatically. Current shipping times are now live - you can check the CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES here, or in our left navigation menu on any page for these estimates.
