ORDERING
1. Shipping charges
are as follows:
Freeze Dried food shipped FREE - ANY
SIZE ORDER TO LOWER 48 STATES . This means you can order any of
the freeze dried food units - or a thousand of pounds of mix and match ala carte items,
and shipping is still FREE!!
We no longer ship to Canada - Canada has import restrictions and we're done trying to work with this problem.
Alaska and Hawaii must email us for a shipping quote. We do not ship overseas.
Dehydrated Food - Please see our shipping
section for full details on shipping charges for dehydrated
food line (this includes the non-food items).
Dehydrated food item
numbers are designated by "RD" in the product description.
We no longer ship dehydrated food into Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or overseas. We can however, ship to a US border town for Canadian shipments. Email for more information on how to do this.
$100 minimum per product line (Rainy Day, Mountain House, Richmoor or Alpine Aire), $500 minimum (total) orders. Please see FAQ for more information.
2. DISCOUNT PRICING -
Our website prices should be considered our current pricing and availability,
we keep this constantly updated. We offer discounts on selected
items, and large food orders. For any products that do not have
prices listed, call or email
for a current price quote.
3. PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED - US CUSTOMERS ONLY
We accept . We do not and never will accept Discover or American Express again, we don't suggest you use these cards either (we can't stand thieves).
Payments are processed through VeriSign. We can accept money orders or personal checks to our merchant account "Jade Enterprises" (send checks to Jade Enterprises, PO Box 1471, Newport, WA 99156). Do NOT send certified mail. Shipping charges must be included if payment is made through the mail. All checks and money orders are held until bank clearance, and then we will process your order.
4. Discount Pricing.
We have long offered the BEST
prices in the United States. With our free shipping for freeze dried food products and discounted dehydrated food line, we simply
have the best prices around. We've been doing this a long time
and we have the best reputation in the business for great deals.
5. Handling - $3 handling fee on all orders.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Use any of the following options to place your
order:
A) Shopping Cart Ordering - This is
our preferred method of ordering (it frees us up from the telephone, but feel free to call).
Simply click on any Add to Cart button on any webpage
to add items to your shopping cart. The View Cart page will
allow you to change quantity to any amount, or to delete an item from your cart.
The MORE DETAILS link allows you to view any detailed product information. These would be the preparation, detailed ingredients, nutrition, calories and other information for the selected product.
Our cart will allow you to add any number of items to your shopping cart. When ready to check out, simply select the "Checkout" button. For online ordering, your payment is secure and safe
with payment
processing. You now have 3 - 4 hours to "shop" before the cart will timeout and automatically delete the cart contents.

B) Email - We respond to all email questions promptly. Please be sure to include
the item number and quantity for each item you would
like a quote on. Also include your city, state and
zip code so we can calculate any shipping charges associated
with your order. Send your product list to our email
- we will reply quickly.
C) All orders are processed immediately upon
receipt. Usually, there is no delay of any sort on
your order, we usually process all orders the same day. If we
receive an uncleared payment or declined credit card or question about
your order, you will be notified via email or telephone (include
your phone number!) and your order will be held until
your funds clear.
D) Shipping - We ship as soon as we can. Due to high order volume shipping times can change dramatically. Current shipping times are now live - you can check the CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES here, or in our left navigation menu on any page for these estimates.
