You're also guaranteed to get through to us, even if we are busy or you try to reach us at the wrong time zone. We are 3 hours difference then the East Coast (we are on Pacific Standard Time). We respond to all email promptly.
If you think you have not heard from us, make sure you check your spam or junk email folders, we respond to ALL email promptly, and we are generally very fast. We do not use any emailing lists whatsoever, you will never receive any email from us or from our suppliers unless this pertains to your order.

Orders must be placed through our online shopping cart in 2010, or by mail (read instructions by mail here). You can also check your total shipping cost by simply using the shopping cart (add in the items and enter in your zipcode).
