Potato dices, cabbage flakes, onion, carrots, celery, mixed bell peppers, and tomato flakes.

Directions:  This stew blend is a great addition to homemade stews, soups and casseroles to add flavoring.  It is also good when bouillon, meat, vegetables, and tomato are added. It may be prepared to eat by adding 1/2 cup stew blend to 2 cups water and bring slowly to a boil.  Simmer until vegetables are tender (about 10-15 minutes).  Season to taste and serve.  Makes 1 cup drained.
