Coconut Shreds

Ingredients: Coconut with sugar, glycerine, propylene glycol, and salt.

Net wt. (Single #10 Can) 40 oz.
Serving size: 1 cup
Servings per container: 12


Directions: Use as directed in any recipe.

    Coconut Frosting:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp. egg yolk solids
  • 1 cup butter powder
  • 1 1/3 cups coconut shreds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 T. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except coconut. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Add coconut shreds. Beat until frosting is cool and thick enough to spread.
