Bread Machine Recipe for Honey White / Wheat Bread and Roll Mix
Measurements:
                   Small Batch     Large Batch
Warm water           7/8 cup       1 1/4 cups
Instant dry yeast    2 tsp           1 Tbsp
Bread'n roll mix     2 cups          3 cups

Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in water
  2. Add bread'n roll mix and knead until dough is smooth and elastic (if using electric bread mixer with dough hook, mix on med. for of 10-20 minutes or until full development)*
  3. Let rest for 15 minutes. Place a dish towel or cloth over dough.
  4. For bread : divide into 3 pieces, shape into loaves, place in well greased bread pans.
  5. Let rise in pans until dough is approximently 1 inch over the top of the pan, about 30-40 minutes.
  6. For rolls: divide into 36 pieces and place on baking sheet until dough has doubled in size.
  7. Cover dough with a towel while it is raising.
  8. Place in preheated oven, For bread: bake at 400 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes.

    For rolls, bake at 400 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven and butter tops.

*Dough is thoroughly developed when you can pull off a small piece (size of half dollars) and pull it to form a paper thin sheet. Note: if dough is too stiff to knead easily add a little more water to produce a slacker and easier to handle dough.
