Ingredients: Unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), sugar, artificial blueberries (dextrose, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (soybean and cottonseed), bleached-enriched flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), citric acid, cellulose gum, maltodextrin, pectin, artificial flavor and artificial colors (FD&C Red #40, FD&C Blue #2, FD&C Blue #1)). Vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils). Contains less than 2% of leavening (baking soda and sodium aluminum phosphate), dextrose, salt, xanthan gum, mono and dyglycerides.

Directions: Mix 1 1/4 cups cold water and 3 cups muffin mix til blended. Grease bottom only of muffin tin. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 14-16 minutes. Yields 1 dozen medium muffins.
