I’ve decided to lay off the blog for now, perhaps permanently. Thus, the deliberate lack of posts lately.

It’s become too easy these days to estimate what happens next. The Internet is fully of news, facts, figures, fables, fabrications and fallacies. Making the attempt to sort through it all has been very time consuming and eventually generates a world view that is in direct contradiction to the majority. However, history usually proves the majority is wrong, but not until great tragedies have first occurred.

We are now witnessing these great tragedies, all over the world. This blog covered only a few of these, there are many more.

I’ve started and stopped, oh, at least a hundred blog posts that were never made public. The timing just wasn’t right and still isn’t. The search for truth, meaning, relevance and importance is only in context to the reader and their desire. In other words, you can go read it for yourself if you want to. What you do with it then is up to you.

We are witnessing the greatest crash of human civilization ever experienced. I think this crash is long overdue and very, very necessary, I can think of a lot of other things that need to be done besides writing about it to an uknown, unresponsive audience.

I will leave off with some final statements and quotations –

This article of a ‘passenger mutiny‘ in England reveals just how gullible and brainwashed the people have become. The extreme danger in this is of course how this can be so easily manipulated. Which we know is already happening, halfway around the world.

Expect more, much more. (Update: ‘Al Qaeda’ and ‘Terrorist’ boarding calls in Australia). Such xenophobic behaviour is playing right into the hands of the globalist and neo-cons who are behind all of this fear-mongering.

There can be no end to this fear mongering and hysteria until it burns itself out. Between now and then, expect huge repercussions. (Holy crap, another update: Doctor thrown off plane for praying). This is going to last for years. Do you understand what that means? It means that this will escalate until people start being killed, lots of people. Pograms, vigilantes and that sort of thing.

Sound far fetched? I don’t think so, not at all. It’s happened many times before. And this time, it’s got the support of the globalist and neo-cons, who are well armed, primed and ready, even actively engaged in manufacturing terror. What better way to keep the people afraid? Let ‘em go at each others throat and ratchet up their police state powers more and more.

It’s too bad for Arab and Muslim people that their sitting on most of the world’s oil fields, because this is the driving force (and religion) behind our fast declining civilization. A severe lack of understanding and the gullible nature of people is playing a huge role in the ability to swiftly turn distrust into outright hatred. The cooperative and complict media is guilty of fanning the flames. The world is falling apart – quickly, far more quickly then most people imagined it could.

Oh, and another update – NO EVIDENCE FOUND against the so-called ‘terrorist mastermind’ in the latest mass hysteria.

Think they’ll rescind the stupid ‘liquid war’ on the airlines?  Or get a clue that they’re all being manipulated into supporting the mass fear, paranoia and hysteria?

My prediction about the Mexican election has so far proved true:

It was no surprise on Sunday that the Mexican Federal Electoral Institute (IFE) ruled its partial recount of about 9% of the ballots cast in the disputed presidential election held on July 2 showed ruling National Action Party (PAN) candidate still the winner. In doing so, the IFE ignored the clear evidence of election irregularities and blatant fraud uncovered by losing Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) candidate Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.

It’s very easy for the globalist to just steamroll ahead, even the barest pretense of fairness, legality and justice aren’t important anymore.

Anybody notice that it’s not the same country anymore? It’s not even the same world. The globalists are everywhere, sticking their sticky fingers into everything. Mexico, Canada and Guatemala have fallen to the globalists. Who’s next?

Okay, here it is……

Drumroll…….

Not only is the President pissed off, he doesn’t give a flying f*ck about the Constitution. Not a single mention of Constitutional authority is even mentioned by the violators. This is extremely significant.

Why? Because almost everything the Bush Administration has done is without Constitutional support. Warrantless wiretaps are just the tip of the iceberg. What’s really going on here is what we have long known – that the Bush Adminstration and all the thugs working for this creep don’t give a flying floot about the US Constitution and cannot even make the claim that they have Constitutional authority for their illegal wrongdoings. They simply don’t care. And they don’t want you to care either.

So, if this nation is no longer under the rule of law, but under the whims of the Fuhrer, then the US is in fact, a dictatorship. “Presidential authority” is a bogus, made-up term that doesn’t mean squat. Either his actions are authorized by the Constitution – or they’re not. And the recent ruling by the federal judge states it plain as day – they’re not.

Not only do we have a illegal sitting President who was never elected, we’ve got a dipshit who is dangerously running amok without even the guise of Constitutional authority. FINALLY, a federal judge has slapped down this stubby little creep and his minions and is trying to put a lid back on the unmitigated evil practiced by these demon-spawn.

But it is critical to understand something here – it was the entire complicit US government that was involved in these shenanigans. Not just the Bush Administration, but every Tom, Dick and Harry boot-licking lackey who has played a part in the wrongdoings as ordered by the Bush Administration.

The realization of what this means should start to hit home. The “Justice Department” (an oxymoron if there ever was one) was actively participating in the illegal wrongdoings. So were many government agencies like the NSA. The number of people involved in this one illegal activity is in the thousands and thousands. And it’s only one of many illegal activities that are totally unconstitutional, unauthorized and are being used as an assault against the American people. There are hundreds, thousands more.

Do you get it yet? That means your government is illegal, illigitimate and unauthorized to govern over you. They have no authority to dictate to you or anyone else what they are trying to do. They are criminals, actively engaged in a criminal enterprise and activity.

And they don’t give a flying floot about getting caught either. Gonzales is trying to backdate laws to protect the Bush Administration from prosecution for war crimes. The reality is they’re continuing to act as if they will forever have immunity and impunity to do what they want, irregardless of court orders or rulings. This means they are lawless and are using the “law” to protect them from prosecution and from any perceived wrongdoing.

The law was meant to be judged for fairness, applicability and enforcement. Jurisprudence allows a jury to judge the facts of a case and the law itself (see www.fija.org). What this means is we the people, have the right and the duty to judge the transgressions and the law. This fact is carefully hid in today’s courtrooms by corrupt judges who sit like black-robed executioners directing the outcomes of jury trials. But the fact remains nonetheless, the people have always retained the right to judge the law.

In this particular case, the federal judge has upheld the Constitution. But all the other illegal wrongdoings on the Bush Administration and hundreds and hundreds of government agencies and thousands and thousands of government personnel are still subject to the Constitution and the lawful judgement of the people.

Even if the transgressions of these inumerable thugs cannot be judged fairly in a court of law, the right of the people is not nullified, but strengthened. Gonzalez and his minions may in fact retroactively pass a law protecting them from prosecution from war crimes, but this is already invalidated by the right of the people.

Bush and his chronies and all the corrupt government agencies may in fact continue to practice illegal, immoral and unjust activites, but that still does not negate the right of the people to judge the facts and the laws. Even if a court of law cannot be convened to judge the wrongdoings because of malfeasance, obsfucation or objections, it doesn’t matter. We still have the right to make judgement.

The vast majority of people are so pantywhipped they have no idea that they have this authority and this responsibility. They believe that once they gave over their inherent rights and power to the government and it’s agents, that they are forever freed (enslaved) to think about it again, let alone rightfully take it back. But such is not the case.

We have always retained the rights of self-government. It has been passed down, generation by generation. This is enumerated in the Declaration of Independence. And whenever government no longer meets the needs of the people, the people have the right to form a new government whenever it pleases them. No law is required. No special authority, no bestowed “permission”, no nothing!

Now do you realize the danger the President is in? At some point in time, the people, even a tiny fraction of the people could enact their inherent rights and irregardless of “laws” or enforcement or any other encumbrance, rightly declare that they have withdrawn their authority for the powers that govern them. The Declaration of Independence is extremely clear –

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

No “law” is required! No court, no hearing, no trial, no ruling, nothing!

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

It would be a good idea to read the Preamble if you’re not familiar with it, because every single objection and offense raised by the colonists has been severely transgressed by our present form of government thousands of times.

I won’t go into the extreme dangers brought on by declaring the present government null and void – these are very real. But at some point in time, the transgressions of government must be brought to a full account.

What can be done at this time is to withdraw your consent. Don’t just go along with every Tom, Dick and Harry and Jane that demands something of you. I stopped flying years ago, and cannot believe people would even go along with the body cavity searches. The latest fear mongering b.s. is part of the ploy to keep people distracted and afraid of what’s really going on. Stop going along with it.

It’s going to cost you something if you really want an ethical, lawful and restrained government. You, personally. Freedom isn’t free, nor is liberty. Liberty requires personal responsibility. A government that cannot and does not act responsibly, lawfully and with restraint is not liberating. It is your duty to change that.

And if you’re not willing to pay any price, then don’t. May your chains rest lightly upon you. May your government not treat you too harshly. May your craven complicity and slothful apathy remind you daily of your bondage to tyranny.

Now that a huge number of the partial recount precints have been counted, widespread fraud is a proven fact.  And no matter how you slice it or dice it, Obrador won.  But what will the Supreme Electoral Court determine?

Here’s my guess – they’ll nullify the recount and continue to hand the election to Calderon.  As far as I know, I coined the term (s)election several years back and it still applies today. The Globalists are in firm control and will demand that their man be put at the helm.

What’s really cool, unlike the spineless Americans, is Mexicans are on the march and are demanding full justice (and a full recount).  Now that solid proof of fraud has been uncovered, a Mexican revolution is definitely in the offerings.  Cool!

There can be no doubt whatsoever, that many factions of the American government are operating as a terrorist organization.

And yet – we have our latest “9/11″ event with the alleged airliner “bomber plot” which is already unraveling at the seams.
And then we have the technical and practical implausability of how to actually create the so-called explosives on board the
planes.

The overwhelming message I get from reading about these potential threats is mankinds inability to govern himself without running the extreme risks of destroying the entire planet and all life. The arrogance found in the justifications for trying to unleash these technologies upon the world reveals severe flaws in the human mind – “we control” or “can control” whatever we want.  Our science and our technology will not destroy us – it will “save us”.  This unspecified “threat” and need of salvation is unspecified, but reveals mankind’s fear of the uncontrolled.

Obviously then, technology will lead to a loss of freedom, liberty, autonomy and independence.  This has always proven to be the case, even if the technology is “controlled”.  More technology will be championed as “beneficial” for mankind, but the exchange, what we lost, won’t be publically perceived.

It’s noted that it isn’t technology that is really the issue – but the nature of man.

There is so many things wrong with this type of treatment, I don’t know where to begin. This is what America has become, a nation of craven cowards, corrupt “officials” and paid thugs. Extortion, lies, fabrication of evidence and threats. At least the parts that are under “governmental control and authority”. Making enemies out of the people they are supposed to serve.

There are plenty of stories like this these days. I don’t know how many I’ve read where the writer describes some breach of civil liberties by employees of the state, then wraps it all up with a dire warning about what we as a nation are becoming, and how if we don’t put an end to it now, then we’re in for heaps of trouble. Well you know what? Nothing’s going to stop the inevitable. There’s no policy change that’s going to save us. There’s no election that’s going to put a halt to the onslaught of tyranny. It’s here already – this country has changed for the worse and will continue to change for the worse. There is now a division between the citizenry and the state. When that state is used as a tool against me, there is no longer any reason why I should owe any allegiance to that state.

More “revelations”. The alleged airline “bombers” had no tickets and no passports, yet were supposed to board an international flight. And all the buzzwords are there. Rendition (torture), Penetration (setup), fundamentalists (Muslims). Yawn. Sleepy yet?

“However, I safely make a conjecture that those highly motivated boys were exploited by agents provocateurs. A religious Muslim youth in his early 20s is undoubtedly full of hatred against the US, and if somebody would guide them to carry out any attack on US interests, there would be a strong chance that they would go for that.

“And I think this is exactly what happened. The government of Pakistan has been seriously trying to cleanse groups like Muhajiroun and Hizbut Tehrir from Pakistan, as well as from the UK.

Lest we forget, there was

I have been reading very carefully through all the Sunday newspapers to try and analyse the truth from all the scores of pages claiming to detail the so-called bomb plot. Unlike the great herd of so-called security experts doing the media analysis, I have the advantage of having had the very highest security clearances myself, having done a huge amount of professional intelligence analysis, and having been inside the spin machine.

So this, I believe, is the true story.

None of the alleged terrorists had made a bomb. None had bought a plane ticket. Many did not even have passports, which given the efficiency of the UK Passport Agency would mean they couldn’t be a plane bomber for quite some time.

In the absence of bombs and airline tickets, and in many cases passports, it could be pretty difficult to convince a jury beyond reasonable doubt that individuals intended to go through with suicide bombings, whatever rash stuff they may have bragged in internet chat rooms.

What is more, many of those arrested had been under surveillance for over a year – like thousands of other British Muslims. And not just Muslims. Like me. Nothing from that surveillance had indicated the need for early arrests.

Then an interrogation in Pakistan revealed the details of this amazing plot to blow up multiple planes – which, rather extraordinarily, had not turned up in a year of surveillance. Of course, the interrogators of the Pakistani dictator have their ways of making people sing like canaries. As I witnessed in Uzbekistan, you can get the most extraordinary information this way. Trouble is it always tends to give the interrogators all they might want, and more, in a desperate effort to stop or avert torture. What it doesn’t give is the truth.

The gentleman being “interrogated” had fled the UK after being wanted for questioning over the murder of his uncle some years ago. That might be felt to cast some doubt on his reliability. It might also be felt that factors other than political ones might be at play within these relationships. Much is also being made of large transfers of money outside the formal economy. Not in fact too unusual in the British Muslim community, but if this activity is criminal, there are many possibilities that have nothing to do with terrorism.

We then have the extraordinary question of Bush and Blair discussing the possible arrests over the weekend. Why? I think the answer to that is plain. Both in desperate domestic political trouble, they longed for “Another 9/11″. The intelligence from Pakistan, however dodgy, gave them a new 9/11 they could sell to the media. The media has bought, wholesale, all the rubbish they have been shovelled.”
